A Healing Approach
You have the power to transform your mind and live a life you never want to escape from. I believe in your potential to live a life with freedom, joy and inner peace.
Who I Work With
Many of the people I work with grew up needing to manage themselves or others in order to feel safe, connected, or accepted. When emotional needs weren’t consistently met early in life, it often made sense to push feelings aside, become accommodating, stay strong, or stay in control. While these strategies once helped us survive, they can continue to shape our adult relationships in ways that feel limiting, confusing, or painful — even after years of insight or personal work.
My approach offers a steady, compassionate presence where emotions that once had no place can be safely felt, expressed, and received. Healing happens not by fixing or analysing what’s “wrong,” but through being met with empathy and attunement in the present moment. My work is informed by Compassionate Inquiry, a trauma-informed, relational approach that understands symptoms and coping patterns as meaningful responses to early experience — and invites them to soften through compassion and connection.
Deep listening is the kind of listening that can help relieve the suffering of another person. You can call it compassionate listening. You listen with only one purpose: to help him or her to empty his heart.

Compassionate Inquiry®
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté over several decades while working with both patients and retreat participants. It was further developed into a training program by Sat Dharam Kaur ND. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction, and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
When clients perceive the therapeutic relationship as a safe container, compassion and curiosity allow them to acknowledge and examine the traumatic events that happened to them as children, recognize the beliefs they internalized, and feel the emotions they suppressed. This contributes to the healing process.
Using Compassionate Inquiry®, both the individual and therapist unveil the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories. and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal.
When we can release ourselves from the hold of these stories, a new way of being emerges, leading to spontaneity, choice, expansion, and freedom.
